The 8011 3003 H18 H19 aluminium strip for heat exchanger of automobile is the key material for manufacturing automobile radiators and automobile air conditioners. Three-layer composite aluminum strip is usually used for the heat sink and water tank high-frequency welded tube blank, which is a new high-tech material. The core material of the three-layer composite strip is rust-proof aluminum strip alloy, and the skin material is brazing material coated on both sides of the core material. The three-layer composite belt can meet the performance requirements of weight reduction, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, high strength, good processability and brazing.
Automobile aluminum heat exchangers are composed of cooling water aluminum tubes and heat dissipating fins. Aluminum tubes are generally made of 1000 and 3000 series aluminum alloys by extrusion and drawing. The heat dissipation fins are made of 3003 and 8011 aluminium strip 0.08-0.1mm. It is made of composite foil of aluminum alloy core material and 4xxx series and 7xxx series aluminum alloy brazing layers. Aluminum strips are used in heat exchangers due to their excellent properties such as light specific gravity, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, high strength, and good brazing performance, multilayer composite aluminum strip foil or plates for brazing have been widely used in automotive heat exchange systems.
With the constant demand for weight reduction in the automotive industry, lightweighting of heat exchangers has become an inevitable trend.
