1100 Grade Aluminium
1100 grade aluminium is a kind of industrial pure aluminum, its content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Aluminium grade 1100 has high corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, low density, good plasticity, and can produce a variety of aluminum through pressure processing. 1100 grade aluminium sheet and strip belongs to the pure aluminum series, which has relatively low strength, but excellent ductility, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance.
