What is CTCP Plate
CTCP (Computer-To-Conventional Plate) is a digital pre-press technology that outputs computer-generated digital files directly to traditional CTP (Computer-To-Plate) plates, eliminating the need for traditional printing film platemaking and improving printing efficiency and quality. CTCP plate is a kind of photo-sensitive plate specially used in printing industry. Through CTCP technology, the electronic file is directly exposed on the surface of the plate to form the image of the printing plate, which is used in traditional printing process. The specification, thickness and size of CTCP plate will be different according to the specific printing equipments and requirements, common specifications include: 420mm, 520mm, 650mm on the long side, etc.; the thickness is usually between 0.15mm and 0.40mm; the size can be customized according to the requirements of the specific printing machines. CTCP plates are mainly divided into two types: traditional photopo...
